Welcome to the Advocacy section for CMCA. One of the most important aspects of the Colorado Motor Carriers Association is the legislative action that we take on behalf of our members. CMCA staff builds on extensive knowledge of local, state, and national politics and how changes impact members. CMCA works to both protect against costly regulations and promote the interest of the Colorado trucking industry. We are dedicated to the needs of members and driven by the issues that affect them.
We take seriously the power of unifying the voices of our members on issues and speaking to those decision-makers on the impact of their ideas and proposals. This gives members the ability to operate in a climate that is more efficient for them. This section is committed to outlining those efforts, as well as informing members on the issues of importance to them.
